I looked around in a few stores and online and couldn't find a good item to store my pasta. Also the container is glass with stainless steel around the glass I totally prefer than a stainless steel interior as it is easier to keep clean. My only disappointment was that the top is plastic instead of glass, otherwise I love it. This container is built well and looks great.
