The smallish size is perfect for holding individual servings of the breakfast casseroles I bake, freeze, and then pull for take-to-work breakfast. Also perfect for overnight oats and for small servings of lunch food.Love these. Great for my daughter's lunch. We have put them in the microwave, dishwasher, and freezer with no issue. Durable and easy to use.We probably wash these twice a week in the top rack of the dishwasher and so far they are holding up well with discoloration or scratchesNever spills or leaksVery small! The N95 mask fits with room to spare.I use these as meal prep containers to hold my breakfasts of overnight oats. Perfect size and air tight.
