Ordered on June 25, happy to wait until re-stocked and shipped on July 19 from Sandy Springs, GA. Sat in Atlanta FOREVER. Finally arrived in South FL on October 18. USPS is absolutely worthless….I’m not upset. I’m happy to see my canisters so it is what it is….Fast delivery, the glass is very thick and the rest is sturdy. The picture makes them look taller than they are, but not a deal breaker. They serve their purpose. Would definitely buy again.I love the size of these GLASS canisters, not too big and not too small.Dislike the wire used to seal the canister, it is very thing gauge wire, not very strong. We'll see how well they hold the seal.This is not dishwasher friendly. It will rust (metal part) I threw it out.Love the jars, just smaller than I thought it would be.The canisters work well. Only reason I didn’t rate them higher is because the clasps seem to be made out of a cheap metal. They’re not very sturdy and I feel like they will eventually break. The lids do, however, have a good deal on them.Canisters are smaller than expected. Lid liner slips on one of the canisters, so I would not use for liquids.Great little jars, a few had to be "tinkered with" due to the metal wire was bent down causing the jar not to seal air tight, but a small pair of pliers and twisting motion (up) on the lid tab and on the lid portion of the "hinge" and it's ready to go! Used to store pipe tobacco.
