A friend cooked my favorite dish gnocchi and brought it by in this dish. There was a chip out of the top edge. I wasn't sure if we did it so I bought this to replace her dish. Turns out she chipped it a long time ago. She was so thrilled that we got her a new one. I kept the chipped one and, after using it a time or two, we bought a whole set. These are great.
