It's bag qualitiesGreat dealI'm using these to keep lego sets stored so they can be built again sometime or sold secondhand. These are great for larger sets. I can also put some things in still built. I'm finding additional storage uses for them too like other toy sets, play doh items, etc. If you are trying to keep your kids stuff together in a cost effective manner you need these!Putting food in freezerI love using the 2 gallon bags as packing cubes! They are very sturdy, great quality.These bags are good for so many things because of there large size. they are not hard to seal and are not cheap and thin like some dollar store bags. If you want the job done right just start of with really good bagsThis size is perfect for storing items in the garage, kitchen and around the house. We also use this size for sous vide cooking. Convenient to order them in the 100 pack as they are impossible to find in stores (and who really wants to go to a store to purchase household items?). The quality is the same as in the smaller and more expensive retail packaging.As for using them for sous vide for more family sized portions, they claim these are BPA and Dioxin free and made from polyethylene. I cannot verify, but at least there's a manufacturer's site and information that is available, which I can't always find from other bag manufacturers.Great for organizing everything from your freezer to your clothing drawers. They were much cheaper a couple of years ago, which is disappointing. But, it is hard to find this size of Ziploc bags.Comes in a great box with dispensing slot at top.What can i say its a BIG zip lock :)greatWorks great
